Ordering Information
What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard sizes in stock, trial orders are welcome, from one pallet. For custom specifications, the minimum is usually one 20 ft container, and different products can be mixed in one container.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples of standard sizes in stock are free; you pay only the courier cost. Custom specifications may have a sample charge, which is deducted from the order value when you place the order.
What is the lead time?
Usually 15–30 days after order confirmation for standard specifications. Lead times for large or custom orders are confirmed with the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipment or against a copy of the B/L, or L/C at sight. Some special custom products may need a deposit of 50% or more.
Which trade terms and port do you use?
FOB, CFR or CIF, shipping from Tianjin Port, China.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Our factory is in Anping County, Hebei. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit.
